The name of the add-on 'Штопор ЖжОт' comes from two things: The name of the character (Shtopor which means Corkscrew) and the word 'zhzhot' which means to express agreement or appreciation with the English equivalent being 'rules'.

Another prominent action, the ability to piss, is unavailable throughout most of the game due to the nature of the story. Unlike the POSTAL 2 base game, there is no pacifist option though most errands can be completed without resorting to violence. The errand based gameplay of POSTAL 2 returns, taking place over the course of four days ( Понедельник, Вторник, Среда, and Четверг - translated Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) as you interact with the various inhabitants of Muhosransk City. Gameplay additions includes a new location to explore, changes to make the game more Russian ( Rubles instead of Dollars), Vodka, and three new weapons: Journey through Muhosransk City on a journey to find your stolen sex organ and kill the bastard responsible.

The Conscientious Objector was going to be Demoman's version, using his sword animations.The game stars a man known as Shtopor (more commonly known as 'Corkscrew', who looks very much like the Postal Dude) who wakes up in a hospital to find that someone has stolen his penis. Originally, the creator had designed a specific decal melee weapon for each class, however, only the Conscientious Objector was added to the game.The description of the weapon references ' Give Peace a Chance', a protest song by John Lennon.A conscientious objector is someone who refuses military service for ideological reasons.Attempting to inspect again may crash the game. In some cases, while inspecting a decal applied Conscientious Objector, the model may appear entirely black.This can usually be fixed by restarting the game, or simply waiting it out. An applied decal may temporarily disappear.The Conscientious Objector may have the incorrect decal in client view if multiple people have a Conscientious Objector on the same server.Fixed broken melee animations for some all-class weapons.Updated the Conscientious Objector so it can be crafted and can be used to craft other items.
